Today we are launching SynapseKit: a self-hosted SaaS boilerplate for people who want to own their stack and skip the usage bills.

What it is

One codebase and one compose file that give you the entire boring-but-essential surface of a SaaS:

• Authentication with magic links and Google, plus organizations and roles
• Stripe subscriptions wired to a single config file
• Transactional email, file storage, background jobs, and realtime updates
• A marketing site, pricing page, dashboard, and admin — already styled

All of it runs on a single VPS you control, for a flat monthly bill measured in single digits of euros.

Who it is for

Builders shipping small, serious products — indie hackers, two-person teams, agencies spinning up client SaaS — who would rather resize a server once a year than audit a metered invoice every month.

We built this because we were tired of pricing pages that scale with our success instead of our costs.

This blog is where we will publish honest numbers, teardown posts, and everything we learn running products on this stack. The next two posts are already drafted: our cost math for self-hosting, and why every product we start begins as a waitlist.
